Holiday Festival of Lights tonight in downtown St. Louis



ST. LOUIS (KMOX)  -- In St. Louis, it's not officially the holidays until Mayor Francis Slay flips the "magic switch" and lights the Salvation Army Tree of Lights.

That annual ceremony kicks off in Kiener Plaza tonight at 4:30.

Prior to the big moment, families can enjoy entertainment from the Muny Winter Kids, Variety Club Kids, clowns, face painters, etc.

The Salvation Army Tree of Lights is lit up at 6:30 with accompanying fireworks.
