Under the deal, Celtic will split $3,000 beween St. Louis County and City School Funds. The remaining $25,600 is suspended as long as the company doesn't commit any more violations for five years.

The State cited Celtic in 2007, after it found over eight thousand pounds of flammable and toxic paint waste in an abandoned shipping container at their 900 South 2nd St. location. It also found found violations at Celtic's location at 9437 Watson Industrial Drive.
