Public's help needed to catch ATM robbery suspect

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX)  -- The St. Louis Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying an individual believed to be responsible for a robbery at an ATM at Southwest Bank at 4210 South Kingshighway.  The robbery occured November 7th at 12:40 pm.  

Police say the suspect is identified as an African-American male, standing about 5'6 with a dark complexion and slight facial hair.  He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans at the time of the robbery.   The victim was not injured in the robbery although the suspect was armed with a handgun when he robbed the victim at the ATM. 

Police also believe the suspect could be responsible for other recent robberies. 

Anyone with information is urged to contact CrimeStoppers at 1-866-371-TIPS.  Callers can remain anonymous.  Callers who provide informaiton that leads to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
