Police seeking help in identifying would-be bank robber

ST. LOUIS, MO (KMOX)  -- St. Louis Police are asking your help in finding the man who tried to rob the Community Credit Union at 3561 Forest Park Avenue at abouty 1:30 Wednesdsay afternoon.

Police say he produced a note, and indicated he had a weapon, but fled without showing a weapon, or getting any money.

He's a 25 to 35 year old black man, about 5 feet 6 inches tall weighting about 135 pounds.  He was wearing a gray thermal shirt and a black knit cap.
