ABOUT THE SHOW


"Sports On A Sunday Morning" is a St. Louis tradition.

On KMOX for 49 years, it is one of the longest-running sports shows in american radio and a Sunday staple for sports fans. Host Ron Jacober is joined by Blues General Manager Larry Pleau and baseball writer Derrick Goold. The show is a buffet of sports information.

Ron previews every St. Louis Rams game and keeps listeners up to date on the Rams, Cardinals and Blues along with golf, college football and basketball, auto racing, soccer and horse racing

Ron JacoberAfter an award winning sports broadcasting career spanning 38 years in St. Louis, Ron has stepped down as Sports Director of KMOX and went to a part time schedule at the start of the new year. He continues to host the award winning "Sports On A Sunday Morning" along with a weekly Sports Open Line program.

Ron has been inducted into the St. Louis Radio and St. Louis Media Halls of Fame. He was won numerous awards from the Missouri Broadcasters Association along with being named St. Louis' best sportscaster.
