Marshall Chunn, age 28, was formally charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree and Felony Child Abuse for the death of his 14 month old daughter, Lyric. Lyric died on September 30, 2009 as a result of severe head trauma, suffered after she shaken and thrown against some cabinets by Chunn. The incident occurred on September 27, 2009 at Chunn’s townhouse in the 1400 block of Stonebury Ct. in Florissant, MO.
