St. Louis -- Needed repairs will soon be made to the Wood River Levee. An agreement to share in the cost for repairing the levee has been signed between the Wood River Drainage and Levee District and the federal government. Colonel Lewis Setliffe with the Army Corps of Engineers says the repairs will cost almost 33 million dollars and take close to four years to complete.
