St. Louis -- (Associated Press/KMOX News) Joss Stone, Lonestar, the Black Crowes and Boyz II Men are among the headliners for the Live on the Levee series of concerts. Officials announced details today for Fair St. Louis, the city's annual Independence Day celebration, and Live on the Levee, the summer concert series. Both are on the grounds of the Gateway Arch, and both are free. The concert series opens July 4th with Drake Bell of Nickelodeon's ``Drake and Josh'' performing at 1 p.m., Shannon Nicole at 6 p.m. and Stone at 8 p.m. Among other highlights, Lonestar performs on July 12th, the Black Crowes on July 25th and Boyz II Men on August 1st. The series concludes with the bluegrass rock band Rusted Root on August 2nd. Fair St. Louis opens with a 10 a.m. parade on July 4th. Event director Missy Slay made the concert announcements during today's "Charlie Brennan Show" on KMOX. She said their website was overloaded with fan requests for the rock band O-A-R. They'll be performing on July 18th. Other acts include: Anthony Hamilton on July 5th, Umphreys McGee & STS 9 on July 11th, War on July 19th, and One Republic on July 26th.
