Revised plans for Ballpark Village unveiled


St. Louis (KMOX News)  -- A new agreement for Ballpark Village has been reacted by  the Cardinals, St. Louis City and the project's developer.
Cardinals president Bill DeWitt III says that by the time the 2009 All-Star Game  is played in St. Louis, several buildings should be under construction. However, a date for completion has not been set.  Phase 1 of the plans call for a mixed-use development of office and retail space. Phase 2 would include up to  250 residential units.  The total project is expected to cost $600 million dollars,that's up from previous estimates of $387 million.
