St. Louis County police say a 47 year old registered Sex Offender is charged with Forcible Rape, Sodomy and Felonious Restraint.  The St. Louis County Prosecutor's office says Michael J. Rickert of the 10700 block of Cathy in South St. Louis County is currently being held on $100,000 bond.  Investigators say Rickert met the 17 year-old victim last month through a telephone dating service.  They dated several times in April and on Friday, May 2, Rickert allegelly picked up the victim at her home and took her to his residence where the victim claims he raped her.
