St. Louis (KMOX News) -- It's expected to be the hottest day of the summer so far. St. Louisans can look forward to a high temperature Sunday in the upper 90's with a heat index around 105. A "heat advisory" will be in place for this afternoon through tomorrow. Avoid prolonged work in the sun or in poorly-ventilated areas. Drink plenty of liquids and stay in air conditioned environments whenever possible.
