Ex Gridbirds Brahaney, Rashad Enter College Hall

St. Louis (KMOX News)  -- Two former St. Louis football Cardinal draft picks are going into the College Football Hall of Fame. Tom Brahaney of Oklahoma was a fifth-rounder in 1973 and played nine seasons on the Big Red offensive line. Oregon running back/wide receiver Bobby Moore---now known as Ahmad Rashad--- was the Cardinals' first-round pick in 1972. He played two seasons in St. Louis. Enshrinement ceremonies are tonight in South Bend, Indiana. Other notables going into the Hall this year: Penn State coach Joe Paterno, former Boston College quarterback Doug Flutie, and former Notre Dame lineman Chris Zorich.
